To submit a claim between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, please call our Canadian toll free number: 1-888-654-6030 and speak to one of our insurance brokers.
When calling, please have the following information handy:
- Business name or full name of business owner
- A description of events
- A police record (if applicable)
- Relevant photos or videos of the damage (if applicable)
To submit a claim after business hours:
- Call our Canadian toll free number 1-833-780-8046 and leave a detailed message including business name and a call back number.
- Locate your insurance policy and find the name of your insurance provider. Then find your provider on the list below, click on the logo and follow the claim process outlined on the web page.

When submitting a claim, here’s what you can expect:
- After submitting a claim, you will be assigned an adjuster from the Insurance Carrier to assess, investigate, and process your claim.
- Your adjuster’s role is to guide you through the claim process – they will be able to answer any questions you have about what your next move is.
- As the claim plays out, your adjuster may ask for more information to assist them in getting you back on your feet. If you need clarification or have any concerns, we can step in to help ensure the process goes smoothly.
